Construction group Implenia has won several major building construction contracts in Germany. These have a volume of more than 200 million euros.
The most important project is a new office complex in Munich called “Heaven”, which will have around 28,000 square meters of office floor space, according to a press release issued on Monday. The project involves a combination of new buildings and conversions, and there are also listed building requirements. According to the information provided, construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with the buildings being commissioned in stages from 2027.
The other orders include a new administrative building in Brandenburg, a school in the Ruhr region and a sports hall in Frankfurt. All these projects are in line with Implenia’s strategic focus on large and challenging real estate projects, which require extensive expertise and many years of experience.
