If you’re on the lookout for an expensive new abode (or if, like me, you can barely afford to rent a box room in Zone 5 but are just really rather nosey); you might want to hear this. Another picture-perfect pad has recently hit London’s property market. And this one used to belong to runway royalty.

The gorgeous gaff in question used to belong to Kate Moss, and is hidden amongst a load of lush-and-leafy greenery over in the highly-desirable neighbourhood of St John’s Wood. The fashion aficionado bought the three-storey property for £1.75 million in 2002. She sold it ten years later for £6.8 million, and it’s been in the hands of that very same buyer ever since. It’s now on the market for just shy of £6 million (£5,950,000, to be exact). So, it’s a bit of a bargain if you really think about it.

The legendary listing comes courtesy of the property-pros over at Arlington Residential, and is spread across approximately 440 square-metres of space. The rather hefty house comes complete with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a terrace, a study, multiple dressing rooms (because – you know… priorities, and all that), a gym, a drawing room, and a gorgeous garden.

The property is bathed in natural light, thanks to its huge windows and skylight – and is ‘almost unseen from the road’, as it’s surreptitiously sat amongst an abundance of trees and greenery. The stucco-fronted building boasts swirling iron railings and big, fancy French doors. And the modern and minimalist interior serves as a blank canvas, ready for a new owner to make their mark.

So, if you’re in the market for a gaff that’s fit for a supermodel; you’d better make a beeline to St John’s Wood sharpish.
