Radisson Hotel Group is strengthening its presence in France with the signing of four new properties to its growing portfolio.
The four properties will take Radisson’s total footprint in France up to 34 hotels, including those under development.
The latest additions are Banke Opera Paris; Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy Charles De Gaulle Airport; Radisson Resort Cannes and Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges.
“France is a strategic growth market for Radisson Hotel Group, where we aim to significantly expand our footprint,” said Elie Younes, Radisson’s global chief development officer and executive vice president.
“From historic conversions in cultural landmarks to contemporary icons in high-traffic gateways, our expansion is supported by long-term and strategic partnerships.”
Banke Opera Paris will open in Q3 of 2026 as a Radisson Collection hotel following a major renovation of the 90-room property, which was originally converted into a hotel in 2009.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy is due to debut at the end of this year. The 305-room hotel located in front of Terminal 3 at CDG Airport is also being upgraded in 2026.
Outside the French capital, the 100-room Radisson Resort Cannes will undergo a renovation before opening under the Radisson banner next year.
Finally, Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges in central France will debut in 2027 as a member of the Radisson Individuals collection brand offering 52 rooms in a city centre location.
Radisson’s previously announced new properties in France include Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule on the west coast, which will open in late 2025 as part of Radisson Individuals.
Other newcomers will be Maison Rivoli Paris, which will open in winter 2027 as a Radisson Collection hotel, while Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris is set to be unveiled in the first half of 2027.
