Spain comes to the Caribbean this November as Casa de Campo Resort & Villas gears up for the third edition of Alma Casa de Campo: Spanish Fair, running from Nov. 20 to 22, 2025. The event promises three days of culinary delights, music, art and tradition, all set against the resort’s iconic luxury backdrop.
A Celebration of Roots and Rhythm
Led by Spanish entrepreneurs Cuchy Pérez and Susana Deleito, Alma Casa de Campo has become a bridge between Spain and the Dominican Republic. “Alma Casa de Campo is a celebration of the heart and our roots,» said the organizers in an official statement. «It is a way to share with joy the best of our culture: its cuisine, its music, its art, and, above all, its spirit. We are thrilled to see how this fair has become a meeting point for the Spanish and international community in the Dominican Republic.”
Weekend Highlights
Opening Day: Networking and Nibbles
The celebration kicks off on Nov. 20, at the Dye Fore golf course. Guests will enjoy cocktails, mingle with leaders from business, culture and tourism and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of hospitality and connection. Think of it as a toast to culture before the main courses of the weekend unfold.
Friday Gala: Michelin Stars Meet Flamenco Fire
Nov. 21 brings the official gala dinner featuring three-star Michelin chef Ramón Freixá, who will personally craft the evening’s menu and dessert. The night’s flavor extends beyond the plate, with flamenco virtuoso Miguel Poveda taking the stage. Expect music, passion and culinary artistry in equal measure.
Saturday Finale: A Seville Fair in Casa de Campo
The weekend concludes with a Saturday spectacle as the polo field transforms into an authentic Feria de Sevilla. Casetas, traditional Spanish costumes, gourmet bites and live performances from Los Bomberay and Carla Fernandez turn the field into a lively Spanish village, right in the heart of the Caribbean.
Casa de Campo’s Cultural Commitment
Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, president of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, noted the resort’s dedication to cultural initiatives. “We value experiences that promote art, culture and gastronomy authentically and with sophistication. Alma Casa de Campo has become an emblematic celebration that reflects our hospitality and our desire to offer unforgettable moments,” he said.
Already a highlight on the Caribbean calendar, Alma Casa de Campo delivers an authentic Spanish experience without the travel passport. The third edition promises a refined mix of tradition, spectacle and sophistication, all in one of the region’s most iconic resorts.
