The Rubery Festival at St Chad’s Park is set to return to the village on Sunday (September 7).

There will be a parade starting at the Rubery Memorial Club followed by live entertainment from award-winning singers, dancers and other acts.

Organisers have also promised entertainment for the children including rides, bouncy castles, pony rides, face painting and more.

There will also be charity stalls, a tombola, food vendors, and a vintage and classic car display.

The event, which has been organised by the Rubery Festival Committee, is free to enter and will take place at St Chad’s Park on New Road from 12pm until 5pm.
