The Pretty Reckless frontwoman Taylor Momsen went fully nude, aside from black body paint, for the music video for her hard rock band’s first single in four years, For I Am Death.
On Wednesday, the 32-year-old Gossip Girl alum shared a behind-the-scenes mirror selfie while on the set of the short directed by Lewis Cater, and the single officially drops this Friday.
In it, Taylor writhes on the floor while showcasing the sinewy curves of her slim 5ft8in figure.
For I Am Death is presumed to be the first single off the Pretty Reckless’ upcoming fifth studio album.
‘It might be…you might be onto something there. I can’t tell you. There’s so much to say and so much I’m not allowed to say,’ Momsen teased on Loudwire Nights last Friday.
‘What I can say is stay tuned. This is just the beginning and the next 12 months is going to be insane. We have a lot on the horizon, a lot of different things, some of them are going to take you by surprise.’

On August 21, the singer-rhythm guitarist and her bandmates – guitarist Ben Phillips, bassist Mark Damon, and drummer Jamie Perkins – finished their 15-month stint opening for AC/DC’s $75.8M-grossing, 61-date Power Up Tour.
‘I think we’ve made a lifelong connection here,’ Taylor gushed of the ‘inventors of rock and roll.’
‘They’re just the greatest people and they are what rock and roll is meant to be. This has been a dream come true.’
Momsen founded the Pretty Reckless in 2009 and they’ve sold over 1M records and currently average 2.2M monthly listeners on Spotify.
The Missouri-born rocker and her band will next perform a cover of Bad Company’s 1970 hit All Right Now on the album Can’t Get Enough: A Tribute To Bad Company, which drops October 24.
Taylor released her first song Where Are You Christmas? in 2000 at the tender age of seven for the soundtrack of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, in which she starred as Cindy Lou Who opposite Jim Carrey.
Momsen retired from acting after concluding her role as Jenny Humphrey in Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage’s teen drama Gossip Girl, which aired for six seasons spanning 2007-2012 on The CW.
‘[Acting] was a childhood thing that I got put into when I was two years old,’ the former IMG Model told Penn Badgley on his podcast Podcrushed in 2023.

Taylor continued: ‘And literally, as soon as I got to an age where I could make my own decision — it was like a click. I woke up one morning and went, “Wait a second. I don’t have to do this. I can just play in my band, and tour, and write songs. I can just do that”‘

For the last year, Blake has been embroiled in a legal war with her former It Ends with Us director-leading man Justin Baldoni, whom she claimed sexually harassed her on set and retaliated against her speaking out with a so-called smear campaign.
The canceled 38-year-old appeared to have poisoned the cast and author Colleen Hoover against the 41-year-old filmmaker just like she once admitted to doing with Badgley on the set of Gossip Girl.
