Police have issued a fresh appeal to help to trace a man reported missing from Glasgow, more than two weeks since he was last seen.

The last known sighting of Graham Wright, 38, was at around 12pm on August 20, in the Cumberland Street area of the city.

He was officially reported missing on August 25, and has not made any contact with family or friends.

Graham is described as white, 5ft 9in tall and of a slim build with shaved dark hair. It is not known what he was wearing when he was last seen, but he usually wears a tracksuit and a Rangers football top.

He regularly uses local buses and has links to the Gorbals, Govanhill and Pollokshaws areas. He is also known to frequent the city centre.

Police Scotland have carried out enquiries in these areas, and are again appealing to the public for any information which may help them.

Inspector Graeme Hogg said: “It has now been more than two weeks since Graham was last seen, and we are growing concerned for his welfare.

“It is unusual for him not to be in contact with family and friends for this long and we are appealing for the help of the public to trace him.

“Extensive enquiries, including CCTV reviews and door to door visits, have been carried out in the areas Graham is known to visit.

“Think back – have you seen Graham since Wednesday, 20 August, and do you have any information about where he may be? Please get in touch us as soon as possible, no matter how small the detail might be.

“Graham, if you see this appeal, please contact police so we can ensure you are safe and well.”

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference 2179 of 25 August, 2025.
