Myles Stephenson had to rush his two-year-old daughter to hospital after she swallowed a toxic item as he opened up about the terrifying ordeal on Friday.
The former I’m A Celeb star, 33, made the revelation on Instagram as he told his followers about the scary story.
Myles’ daughter Sahara, who turns three in December, says she ‘keeps him on his toes’ after he revealed she ate an acorn.
Raw acorns are considered harmless to wildlife, but can be dangerous for humans to eat as they contain tannins, which can be toxic if consumed in large amounts.
Myles – who appeared on X Factor in 2017 and won with his bandmates in Raksu – shared the health update from an A&E department.
He said: ‘Yep… she ate an acorn & now we are at urgent care! Having kids does keep you on your toes.’

He continued: ‘Why are we at the doctors? Because Rara ate an…’
Sahara then adorably laughed in reply: ‘Acorn.’
Myles added: ‘And was that smart?’ to which Sahara cheekily responded: ‘Yeah, yummy acorn in my tummy.’
Sahara was rushed to hospital on another occasion earlier this year after suffering a terrifying Febrile seizure.
In January, Myles rushed his little one to A&E after she ‘stopped breathing’ and ‘turned blue’.
Myles – who shares Sahara and son Siloh, four, with partner Keli Hall – said the incident was the ‘scariest thing he’d ever seen’.
He captioned the post: ‘This little princess had a seizure yesterday evening and stopped breathing and turnt [sic] blue! Single handedly the scariest thing I’ve ever seen!’.
‘Her temperature spiked causing a (febrile) seizure. For any parents with young children please look up Febrile Seizures and research’.

Back in 2023 Myles reveled that son Siloh had suffered a stroke that left damage to his brain irreversible.
He said how he noticed the little one’s right hand was constantly in a fist at just six months old, while they later spotted he was dragging his right foot while walking.
At the recommendation of family, they took him to the doctor for a check-up and he was later diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral palsy having suffered a previously unnoticed stroke, with the damage to his brain irreversible.

Myles said Shiloh was diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral palsy, with the main symptoms of cerebral palsy bring problems with movement, co-ordination and development.
Problem signs in a child include delays in reaching development milestones such as not sitting by eight months or not walking by 18 months.
Other signs include seeming too stiff or too floppy, fidgety, jerky or clumsy movements, weak arms or legs, muscle spasms, uncontrolled movements, shaking hands and walking on tiptoes.
Hemiplegia means one side of the body is affected while monoplegia is where one limb is affected, diplegia is where two limbs are affected, and quadriplegia is where all four limbs, and usually the whole body, are affected.
