It is fair to say Kieffer Moore has already proven to be a brilliant signing for Wrexham this summer.
In total, 13 players joined Wrexham during the summer transfer window, while a back-up goalkeeper has since arrived for free post-deadline.
The three deadline day additions are yet to line up for the Red Dragons, and George Thomason remains sidelined with injury.
But of the players who have featured under Phil Parkinson, Kieffer Moore has had the biggest impact.
Moore shone for Wrexham vs Millwall as they picked up their first second-tier win in 43 years last weekend.
Now, the striker has been ranked as one of the best signings in the Championship this summer.

During his short but impactful Wrexham career so far, he has four goals to his name.
One came in the Carabao Cup, while three have come in the second tier, helping Wrexham climb away from the relegation zone going into the break.
Now, The Sportsman have named their top-10 signings of the summer and Moore is second on the list.
On the Wrexham forward, EFL pundit Gab Sutton said: “I think there might be better players in the Championship than Kieffer Moore, but I don’t think there’s a player that’s more important to their team than Kieffer Moore will be. You remember when Millwall made a run for the play-offs in the Championship in 17/18 under Neil Harris with amazing form in the second half of that season.
“Collectively their squad that year was nowhere near top six Championship level, but they had a mobile target man in Steve Morrison who was aggressive and transformed an average team into a good one. I think Kieffer Moore can do exactly that because not only does he have that aerial power, but also he’s willing to run in the channels and he’s got that bit of mobility about him that can cause problems for defences.
“So it’s not just about crosses into the box, it’s also about those diagonals into the channels and it opens the game up. So Kieffer Moore, I think, is going to have a transformative impact at Wrexham. Really excited to see more of him this season.”
Their top-10 Championship transfers this summer are as follows:
- 10: Marcelino Nunez
- 9: Daniel Iverson
- 8: Callum Brittain
- 7: Ethan Galbraith
- 6: Tom Fellows
- 5: Adrian Segecic
- 4: Kyogo Furuhashi
- 3: Japhet Tanganga
- 2: Kieffer Moore
- 1: Nestroy Irankunda
Kieffer Moore ends unwanted Wrexham record
Following their promotion to the Championship, the Dragons are once again signing international players.
Four Wrexham players are on international duty during the September break, Moore being one.
He played his first game of the break on Thursday, scoring in Wales’ win over Kazakhstan.
After finding the back of the net, Moore became the first Wrexham player to score for the Welsh national team since Chris Llewellyn in 2006.
