Police and ambulance crews were called to Castlemilk Arcade in the Southside of the city around 12.45pm.

The Glasgow Times previously reported that a vehicle appeared to have mounted the footpath beside a locked gate.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.45pm on Sunday, September 7, 2025, police were called to a report that a car had struck a wall in Castlemilk Arcade, Dougrie Drive, Castlemilk, Glasgow.
“No one has been injured. No further police action.”
