Manchester United transfer latest as window verdict givenManchester United pair Bryan Mbuemo and Mathues Cunha could play alongside each other for the first time against Everton on Sunday
Manchester United’s transfer business has been given the seal of approval by supporters.
Ruben Amorim’s side concluded a deal for Senne Lammens on deadline day to supplement moves for attacking pair Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo and teenage prospect Diego Leon.
United also managed to move out the majority of their unwanted senior stars, with Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho securing loan moves to Barcelona and Aston Villa, respectively, while Antony joined Real Betis and Alejandro Garnacho departed for Chelsea.
Tyrell Malacia does remain at Old Trafford, but he could still depart with the transfer windows in Turkey and Saudi Arabia remaining open.
Those destinations could also offer a route out for goalkeeper Andre Onana, who is reportedly weighing up a loan switch to Trabzonspor.
Amorim’s side have taken four points from their opening three Premier League games while suffering a shock exit to League Two side Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup.
But despite that stuttering start to the campaign, United supporters believe the recruitment bodes well.
More than 6,000 fans responded to our survey asking fans to deliver their verdict on the window and the majority were positive.
Indeed, 54 per cent summed the window up as good, and seven per cent thought it was excellent.
Only three per cent summed it up as terrible, with 10 per cent labelling it disappointing and the remaining 26 per cent viewing it as average.
United will now hope to deliver an improved season on the pitch.
