Crews will remain at the scene in SmethwickSmoke pours from a house fire in Smethwick
Around 24 fire fighters have battled a fierce house blaze in Smethwick.
West Midlands Fire Service was called to Dunsford Road on Sunday morning (September 7) where they found a terraced property alight.
A cordon was set up and the flames extinguished.
The crews will remain at the scene for the next few hours.
Images taken of the incident show thick smoke filling the air and a gutted out property.

West Midlands Fire Service said: “This morning we attended a house fire in Smethwick, where 6 fire engines were called to scene.
“The first fire engine was in attendance in less than 5 minutes.
“Crews will remain on scene for the next few hours.”
