Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that a member of staff was made aware of Gallacher who had entered the school’s courtyard.
Gallacher was asked by the staff member why he had attended and he stated he was there to collect two children.
He was then informed that a check would be required before the children would be released into his care.
Prosecutor Craig Morrison said: “The staff member asked if he had been drinking as he smelled of alcohol.
“He stated that he wasn’t drinking but had a bottle in his pocket.

“The staff member did not believe him and told him that the children would not be released to him due to his state of intoxication.”
Gallacher stated that he would get a taxi for the children and that he would not go with them.
The staff member refused this and Gallacher was told to leave the premises.
Gallacher then turned to another staff member and said: “Don’t speak to me or I will f***ing headbutt you.”
Gallacher was informed that the police would be called and he replied: “I don’t f***ing care…get the police if you want.”
A 999 call was made as Gallacher left the scene but he was later traced.
Gallacher, of the city’s Kelvinhall, pleaded guilty today to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
Derrick Williamson, defending, told the court that his client was recently made subject to a court order for another matter.
Sentence was deferred for six months on this matter for Gallacher to be of good behaviour.
Sheriff Lorraine Glancy KC said: “This was reprehensible behaviour towards people who are educating these children.”
