The search for a missing 65-year-old man has reached a grim milestone.

It’s now two weeks since Anthony was last seen on Dickenson Road, between Longsight and Rusholme, at 9.30am on Tuesday, August 26.

Greater Manchester Police issued a public appeal to find him last Monday, September 1.

He remains missing as of this morning (September 9), GMP told the Manchester Evening News.

Anthony is described as being 6ft 1ins tall, of medium build and with short, white hair.

He was last seen wearing black Crocs shoes, a black jacket with a navy blue t-shirt and blue joggers.

In a previous statement, a GMP spokesperson said: “Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.”

Anyone who sees Anthony or has information on his whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
