An international energy and services company has opened its new head office in Birmingham.
VINCI Energies UK & RoI, a worldwide leader in energy, ICT, mechanical, electrical and automation services, will base its operations, including its Actemium UK brand, at 1 Trinity Park.
The company has taken 6762sq ft on the recently refurbished third floor, which became operational this month, with bosses saying the new base offers “an environment where our teams can thrive”.
Scott Van Der Vord, chief executive of VINCI Energies UK & RoI, said: “As we continue to expand across the UK and Ireland, our new head office at Trinity Park gives us the right foundation – a greener, smarter, more connected environment that supports our growth ambitions, will foster innovation and continue creating an environment where our teams can thrive.”
The building already hosts business consultants LRQA and infrastructure firm Balfour Beatty, and is undergoing a phased refurbishment to create modern, flexible office space.
Leasing agents JLL and Avison Young are managing the building’s continued expansion to accommodate international and regional businesses.
Jonathan Carmalt, director of national office agency at JLL, added: “1 Trinity Park enjoys an enviable strategic location and the considerable investment the landlord has committed to refurbishing the building to the highest standards allows businesses such as VINCI Energies UK & ROI and its brand Actemium to benefit from the best modern working environment right next to what is one of the UK’s most significant transport hubs, with further regeneration in the area ongoing.”
