VINCI Energies UK and ROI has relocated its head office — along with the national headquarters of its brand, Actemium — to a new home at Trinity Park, Birmingham.

The sustainability solutions company completed its move to 1 Trinity Park from Birmingham Business Park at the end of August. The new HQ will house 50 staff.

The company said in a statement that the move signals an exciting new chapter of growth and ambition for VINCI Energies and Actemium in the UK and Ireland. It added that the new office space has been chosen to reflect the companies’ continued expansion, strengthen collaboration across teams, and support long-term commitments to sustainability, innovation, and talent development.

Scott Van Der Vord, CEO of VINCI Energies UK & RoI said “As we continue to expand across the UK and Ireland, our new head office at Trinity Park gives us the right foundation – a greener, smarter, more connected environment that supports our growth ambitions, foster innovation, and continue creating an environment where our teams can thrive.”

Close to Birmingham International train station, Birmingham Airport, and the NEC, the new location offers prime national and international connectivity. It will also be only 300 metres from the future HS2 Interchange station.

The Grade A office space boasts bright, open-plan layouts, dedicated areas for training and development, and green travel infrastructure, including EV charging points to support the companies’ ever-growing EV fleet.

The new space also includes facilities for the VINCI Energies Academy, which will offer on- site training and development opportunities for staff across all of VINCI’s brands: Axians, Actemium and Omexom.

The new headquarters supports greener commuting options, improved wellbeing through high-quality workspace design, and better hosting for customer events, meetings and collaboration sessions.

In 2024, VINCI Energies boasted a turnover of €20.4bn with 102,600 employees, working at 2,100 sites in 61 countries.
