Following the ‘incident’, the Loyal Orange Institution of Scotland has rallied behind Mr Murray while branding the damage a ‘cowardly act of intimidation’.
In a statement, Mr Murray said: “I will not yield to bullying or intimidation.
“Whilst this is the third such attack during my tenure, it will not derail or distract me from the work we set out almost three years ago to modernise and future-proof our institution.
“Though these incidents weigh heavily on my family, they only strengthen my resolve.
“I hold no bitterness.
“I pray for those responsible, that they might understand the harm they have caused and, through repentance, find a path to peace.”

“This targeted attack was a cowardly act of intimidation, directed not only against our Grand Master but against the values and witness of our Institution.
“The Loyal Orange Institution of Scotland expresses its full support for our Grand Master and his family at this time.
“We echo his call for unity, reminding all that we are a fraternal body, bound by our reformed Protestant faith and strengthened through fellowship.”
