Event Hotels, a major European hotel operator and investor, has completed the acquisition of the Keystone Portfolio. This acquisition includes 17 hotels operated under the ibis and Mercure brands, comprising a total of 2,021 guest rooms. The properties are strategically located across Germany, from Bremen in the north to Munich in the south.

The acquisition represents one of the most significant investments in the company’s 30-year history, further enhancing its position as a key player in the European hotel sector. Event Hotels intends to focus on long-term growth by upgrading these properties, improving guest experiences, and implementing technical enhancements.
