Primark expects revenue to grow around 1% in the full-year to 13 September 2025. Over the past six months, the fast-fashion retailer delivered improved trading in the UK and the US, while sales on the continent were softer in a weaker consumer environment.

United States stand out

George Weston, CEO of holding company Associated British Foods, claims to be “pleased with how the group has performed in the second half of our financial year in what continues to be a challenging environment, characterised by consumer caution, geopolitical uncertainty and inflation”. Primark’s adjusted operating profit margin for the full year should be broadly in line with last year.
