Adam Hall-Matthews, senior brand experience manager at Clarins, said: “we want to create advocates, people who have experienced the brand in a way that feels personal, playful and memorable. That’s the kind of loyalty you can’t measure in likes or sales alone.”

He added: “The primary focus is on recruiting new, younger consumers who are driving the viral momentum behind Clarins’ lip category online, but we are equally keen to showcase our heritage and expertise to established customers. By creating an immersive, playful space, we are hoping to unite both new and loyal audiences under one glossy roof.”

The Manchester event takes place from 20-21 September at 13 Thomas Street, between 10am and 7pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.with the same hours. The London event will follow the same timetable but takes place a week earlier at 59 Greek Street this weekend (13-14 September).
