A new dessert parlour had their grand opening in the west of the capital.

Flavours Desserts Edinburgh, opened their doors on Friday September 12, bringing sweet treats to East Craigs and the surrounding area.

Punters were invited down to 3 Bughtlin Market to take part in the celebrations with queues being formed at the front entrance ahead of the ribbon cutting.

Those behind the business have warned they will only be accepting cash payments for the time being.

It looks as though ice cream, cakes, slushies, waffles and other sweet treats will be available from the scheme eatery.

In their instagram post, they shared: “What an opening day!

“We’re blown away by the incredible turnout for our very first day at Flavours Edinburgh.

“The love and support from all of you means alot to us, and we couldn’t have asked for a sweeter start.

“A huge THANK YOU to everyone who popped in, queued up, and celebrated with us. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to serve you all again very soon!
