Named House of Caesar, the venue will open on Bold Street at the end of September in the former Maracana Sport Bar.

The restaurant will serve a blend of Arabic, Turkish, Syrian, and Mediterranean cuisine.

A spokesperson for House of Caesar said: “We are getting more and more excited as we get close to the launch.

“Bold Street is already thriving with so many different restaurants and cuisines, and we can’t wait to bring House of Caesar to that mix and add to that.”

More than £300,000 has already been invested in transforming the site, which was previously a Brazilian bar and, before that, a bank.

The redesign features neon lighting, dark walls, high ceilings, and a golden wooden parquet floor.

Embroidered fabrics and cushions will add to the Middle Eastern-inspired atmosphere.

The menu will include marinated meats such as chicken, lamb, and fish, alongside rice dishes, salads, and freshly-baked breads.

Traditional favourites like falafel, fetoosh, shish and kofta kebabs, shawarma, and colourful plant-based plates will also be available.

Middle Eastern music will add to the atmosphere, with live bands performing on weekends.

Part-time and full-time roles are still available, and those interested can apply by emailing their CV and cover letter to houseofcaesar2025@gmail.com.

The restaurant is located at 103 Bold Street, Liverpool, L1 4HL.

A website for the restaurant, www.houseofceasar.co.uk, is set to launch soon with more details about the menu and opening date.
