European Association of Psychotherapy raises concerns with Irish regulator Coru over changes to training regime

A European association for psychotherapists has warned Irish practitioners will not be eligible to work in other European countries if the Government brings in new training standards.
The European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP), which represents around 120,000 psychotherapists across the continent, wrote to Coru, the Irish regulator for health and social care, last month to call for the withdrawal of new training standards that are set to be brought into law this year.
