Maritime Affairs and Island Policy Minister Vasilis Kikilias is paying an official visit to London on Monday and Tuesday, as part of London Shipping Week, where he is having a series of meetings with British government officials and contacts with the international shipping community.
On Monday he was scheduled to meet with the secretary-general of the International Maritime Organization, Arsenio Dominguez, and be the main guest at the reception held in his honor at the Greek Ambassador’s Residence, with the participation of the Greek shipping community.
Then, on Tuesday, he will make statements to the media at BMA House, as part of London Shipping Week, and will participate in the Capital Link High Level Panel together with Cyprus’ Deputy Minister of Shipping Marina Hadjimanolis, and Dr Nikolas P. Tsakos, chairman and CEO of Tsakos Energy Navigation.
The visit will conclude with a meeting at the Department for Transport with the UK minister of state for transport.
