The Classic Car Boot Sale returns to King’s Cross this September to mark a decade of all things vintage — from fashion and cars to music and sustainable living — at one of London’s best-loved destinations.

This two-day cultural celebration—spanning Granary Square, Lewis Cubitt Square and Coal Drops Yard—has become a much-anticipated date in the capital’s calendar, blending vintage fashion, classic vehicles, music, food and sustainability in one unforgettable weekend.

For the first time, the event also features a rare sale from the The Royal Ballet & Opera, offering exquisite stage costumes and accessories with real theatrical provenance.
In another exciting first, a special blessing of the bikes, scooters and classic vehicles will be given by Rev’d Jane of High Beach Parish Church in Epping Forest. With the church’s long-standing connection to the two-wheeled community, this unique one-off event outside the Reverand’s regular parish is a heartfelt addition to the anniversary celebrations. All vehicles are welcome to take part and people are invited to capture what’s set to be a beautiful and symbolic moment.

This milestone edition also shines a spotlight on the Ford Transit Van, the iconic vehicle turning 60 this year. From touring bands and market traders to builders and roadies, the Transit has been a trusted companion across generations — a true icon of British roads and pop culture. This year, it takes centre stage in a standout heritage display honouring its enduring legacy.

Adding even more atmosphere this year, the DJ line-up in Granary Square has been expanded to include extended afternoon sets across both days:

Martin Green, a CCBS favourite and one of the most exciting DJs of the 1990s, regularly mentioned alongside names like Andrew Weatherall, DJ Harvey and Gilles Peterson.

Jessica Gladstone, a standout on the A-list events circuit (BAFTAs, London Fashion Week, Frieze), brings her signature blend of soul, funk and disco—fresh from opening for The Happy Mondays and James.

Making his CCBS debut, the iconic Tasty Tim—one of the original trailblazers of London’s alternative gay and disco scene in the early ’80s. Expect the unexpected from this legendary club figure.
