Police hunt wanted Leeds after threats made in Scarborough

Alfie Smith, 19, from Leeds, is wanted in connection with the incidents in the Scarborough area on Sunday, April 27.

North Yorkshire Police on Tuesday (September 16) said he failed to surrender to police bail in connection with the investigation.

“Despite extensive enquiries, including support from West Yorkshire Police, Smith has continued to evade the police,” a force spokesperson said.

They said Smith is believed to be in the East Grange Road or Buckland Street areas of Leeds where he has links.

Anyone who sees Smith is urged to dial 999. Those with information about his whereabouts are asked to phone 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
