Brighton 1-0 Spurs: Vicario bails the visitors out as Brighton threaten again to break in behind their high line. Thomas Frank is shouting instructions from the touchline.

West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Wolves 1-0 Leeds (Krejci 8)
Brighton 1-0 Spurs: 15 minutes gone on the south coast and Spurs have looked bright despite going behind. Their high line proved costly for Minteh’s opener – a bit of throwback to the last couple of seasons maybe …

GOAL! Brighton 1-0 Tottenham (Minteh 8)

It’s a dream start for Nottingham Forest at Burnley – although it’s not come in traditional ‘Ange-ball’ style. A corner was swung in by Douglas Luiz, the Clarets half-cleared and Neco Williams thundered home from just inside the box. “Neco! Neco!” is the shout from the rowdy visiting fans. Their side have started in superb fashion, which is just what Postecoglou needed after that midweek Carabao Cup exit to Swansea. After two defeats in his first two games, is the Australian on course for victory today?
Brighton 0-0 Spurs: The visitors are looking dangerous as Udogie delivers a threatening cross that Bergvall almost gets on the end of.
That’s Williams’ third Premier League goal of his career. He scored in last season’s 7-0 drubbing of Brighton.

It didn’t take long for Postecoglou’s side to break the deadlock at Turf Moor. Burnley fail to deal with a corner and Neco Williams pounces!

Kick-off
It’s go-time in the Premier League’s four 3pm kick-offs:
Brighton v Tottenham
Burnley v Nottingham Forest
West Ham v Crystal Palace
Wolves v Leeds
Enough of sporting directors, though. The teams are heading out at the Amex, Turf Moor, the London Stadium and Molineux. Updates to follow!
Let’s head to the Amex Stadium, where there’s been a substitution in the boardroom this week, as Ed Aarons writes:
It has been a busy week on the south coast. The former Arsenal interim sporting director Jason Ayto was confirmed as David Weir’s successor on Monday after the Scot’s surprise departure, having spent seven years at Brighton. Ayto is credited with playing a major role in bringing Martín Zubimendi to north London after stepping in to replace Edu last year and the Brighton owner, Tony Bloom, hopes the 40-year-old’s arrival will give the club “new leadership and direction”.
Wolves are one of two teams in England’s top four tiers yet to register a point this season – the other being (now) Chris Wilder’s Sheffield United.
Harry Paterson has been writing about their predicament this week:
Vítor Pereira lost seven first-team regulars in the summer window and seems to be grappling with many of the same problems he faced when he first took charge. He has made more substitutions (20) than any other manager this season. The team look unsettled at the back, roles are undefined and players seem to be learning on the job.

All over at Anfield. David Moyes’s side made a good fist of it at Anfield after going two goals behind in the first half courtesy of Ryan Gravenberch and Hugo Ekitiké.
Idrissa Gueye halved the deficit but ultimately the champions held on to maintain their 100% record this season.
