Pop star Jessie J has faced a tremendously difficult year, undergoing surgery after she was diagnosed with ‘early breast cancer’
The Price Tag singer, who has spent months recovering from the surgery and recently had to cancel shows on her tour as she revealed she would have to go under the knife again, will return to the spotlight as she ‘lives her best life’ and performs at the launch of Strictly Come Dancing tonight.
But despite her excitement about the BBC show, Jessie revealed she has a big issue with London after moving back to the city 10 months ago from LA.

Jessie revealed she was missing her LA life, calling the city ‘isolating’.
She wrote on her Instagram stories earlier today ahead of her Strictly appearance: “I forgot how antisocial London is been back for 10 months and it really is so distant and an isolating place to maintain a social life.
“Man I miss LA and my community of people there.
“Might just book a flight and go before my surgery. I need some [battery emoji].”
The 37-year-old told fans in June that she had undergone surgery to remove one of her breasts.
She then revealed she needs to “have a second surgery”.
Speaking on Instagram, she said the procedure would be “nothing too serious” but “has to be done by the end of the year”.

“I’m so sorry, I feel frustrated and sad,” she said. “But I need to be better, I need to be healed and this is the right decision to make,” she added.
The operation falls in the middle of her upcoming European tour dates in October, which she says will be rearranged, whilst her US shows have to be cancelled due to calendar clashes.
See Jessie J perform on Strictly Come Dancing tonight on BBC One. The show starts at 6.40pm.
