Start your spooky stroll at the famous Sefton Park Obelisk, fondly known as “The Needle,” and wind your way along a two-mile Halloween-themed trail through one of Liverpool’s most iconic parks. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged, so bring out your witches, werewolves, and mini monsters for a day they won’t forget!

Perfect for children aged 3–8, the Spooky Welly Walk is a screen-free adventure packed with creepy crafts, eerie entertainment, and monstrous memories waiting to be made. Along the route, you’ll discover:

  • Bugfest Beauty Parlour
  • Creepy Crafts
  • Freaky Funfair
  • Slime-Making Stations

Most activities are included in the ticket price, making it a spooktacularly good value day out for families looking for budget-friendly fun. With 9,000 participants expected, tickets are set to vanish fast, so don’t miss your chance to join in the mischief!

What’s waiting at the finish line? Your little ghouls will be greeted by the legendary Spooky Welly Walk witch and awarded a medal to celebrate their hauntingly good efforts.

The event is proudly organised by local charity Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, with all proceeds supporting life-saving work in Merseyside and across the UK.
