Ballinamallard United chief Tom Elliott says NI Football Fund cash needs to be released
Ballinamallard United Chairman Tom Elliott says he hopes clubs resist the temptation to take legal action in relation to the Northern Ireland Football Fund announcement to ensure the money will be released.
The Department for Communities (DfC) has warned that any legal action taken by clubs could result in more delays to the Government programme which first promised money to the game back in 2011.
