The “Pokémon Ecology Book” is supervised and commented on by Yoshinari Yonehara, who studied animal behavior and ecology at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences of the University of Tokyo and received his doctorate in the same field. Currently employed by Pokémon Inc., he uses his expertise in animals to academically decipher the ecology of Pokémon. D., also from the University of Tokyo, and is well known for his many illustrated animal books.
