A man was rushed to hospital after he was struck with a weapon during a serious assault in Glasgow.
The 28-year-old victim was attacked around 10pm on Thursday, 25 September, in the Whitefield Road area of Govan.
Officers say he was approached by two men, one of whom struck him with a weapon.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition has not been disclosed.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward and provide any CCTV or dash-cam footage from the area.

Detective Sergeant Nicol McPherson said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything to contact us. We also ask anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage of the area at the time to come forward.”
