A search is underway for a missing schoolgirl who is believed to be with a missing teenage boy. Merseyside Police has appealed for help in the urgent search for Lacey May Taylor who was last seen in the early hours of today, September 28, in the Walton area.

Police have also separately issued an appeal for information that could help officers locate Ciaron Cook, 15, who is believed to be with Lacey. Ciaron was last seen at 9pm yesterday also in the Walton area.

The 14-year-old girl is described as white, 5ft 3in tall, of slim build, with shoulder length blonde hair.

When last seen, Lacey May was wearing a black leather jacket, white t-shirt, black leggings, black and white Converse and a black bag.

Ciaron is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a light blue and grey tracksuit, black bubble coat, and black Nike trainers.

He is known to frequent Liverpool city centre, Kensington and Tuebrook areas.

Lacey has links to the Liverpool city centre, St Helens and Warrington.
