Selected apartments also offer an en-suite shower room as well as patio doors leading out to private balconies.
Residents get access to shared amenities including a private landscaped rooftop terrace and 16 allocated parking spaces each with EV charging points.

There are a variety of different one-bedroom apartment types including The Viaduct, The Underbank, The Heaton and The Bramhall.
There are also a range of two-bedroom apartment types such as The Pyramid, The Houldsworth, The Elizabeth, The Alfred, The Station, The Riverbank, The Edgeley, The Tiviot and The Wellington.
Prices start from £820 pcm for a one-bed apartment and £960 pcm for a two-bed apartment.

The Rent to Buy scheme is intended to help first-time buyers ‘try before you buy’ and support you to save for a deposit whilst renting.
Rent to Buy means you’ll rent the apartment at a discounted market rate, therefore giving you the chance to save for a deposit to buy your apartment in the future.
You can usually rent your home at an affordable discounted rate of up to 20 percent lower than average local market rents for up to five years while you save to buy all of your apartment or a share of it in the future.

That 20 percent goes straight back into your savings, meaning you’re building up your deposit from day one.
The apartments at Platform are available now with more than 50 percent already reserved.
