Of his Eagle Farm contingent, Thomas is looking for strong performances from Desiah in the Class 5 Handicap over 1600 metres, Problematical in the QTIS Three-Year-Old Maiden Handicap and What Artists Do in the Maiden Handicap over 1200 metres.
Desiah is having her fourth start for Thomas and was a game fourth at her last appearance behind the David Vandyke-trained Keitel in a 1400 metre Class 5 Handicap at the Sunshine Coast on September 21.
“I’m taking the blinkers off and hope that will make a difference with her,” Thomas said.
“She’s looking for 1600 metres and she’s come through her last run super.
