Legislation to repeal the previous UK Government’s controversial Legacy act is imminent, the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland has said.

Hilary Benn also warned that Reform UK’s efforts to walk away from the European Convention on Human Rights are “reckless” and undermine the Good Friday Agreement.
