Bristol’s legendary nightclub, Motion, is set to reopen in a brand new home.

The new venue at Unit 2, Victoria Terrace, St Philips – just a stone’s throw from its original location – retains the raw, industrial backdrop Motion is known for.

To celebrate the move, Motion is launching Momentum, a new event series designed to bring international electronic music talent to Bristol, while continuing to champion local artists and shine a light on the city’s vibrant music scene.

Momentum isn’t just a series of events, it’s a vision for Bristol’s electronic music community.

Each night is carefully curated to bring together international talent alongside emerging local artists, creating a platform that both showcases the city’s thriving scene and connects it to the wider world of electronic music.

The venue itself, with its raw industrial character, provides a flexible, immersive space where music, culture, and people can come together — a true hub for the city’s nightlife and creative community.

The club will reopen on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11 with two unmissable events.

The events feature artists and DJs such as Y U QT, Chloé Robinson, LAMMER, Skeptic and Osmosis Jones.

Momentum will continue throughout October to December with a curated mix of world-class and rising electronic acts.
