Lucid Games is opening a new office in Liverpool, UK.

The company says the new headquarters will “serve as a space to grow Lucid Games as a leading force in Liverpool’s burgeoning gaming sector,” and offer a “creative and inclusive space for both experienced employees and recent graduates entering the gaming industry.”

Set to open in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle area in November, the company said the area’s “bold street art, skateparks, and repurposed warehouses, mirrors the creative spirit of Lucid Games” and comes as Liverpool “emerges as a northern gaming hub, with the city’s thriving talent pool fueling growth across the creative sector.”

COO of Lucid Games Nick Davies said: “With the growth of the studio over the last 15 years, it’s become important for us to now grow our footprint, but also to remain based within our roots in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

“Our new setup will allow better collaboration, improved infrastructure, and importantly room to grow, so that our staff have a comfortable home where they can continue to produce their best work.”

LightSpeed Studios acquired Destruction AllStars developer Lucid Games back in 2023.
