Kate Middleton is unlocking new levels of true princess moves!

On Oct. 2, the Princess of Wales, 43, visited RAF Coningsby for the first time since becoming its Royal Honorary Air Commodore in 2023 and expertly descended the stairs of an aircraft in stilettos.

As seen in a video shared by Hello! magazine, Princess Kate gracefully descended the staircase adjacent to the Quick Reaction Alert Typhoon aircraft she viewed despite sporting sky-high heels.

The Princess of Wales walked backwards down the eight steps in her statement shoes, making it look effortless.

According to the outlet, Princess Kate had ascended the stairs for a closer look at the cockpit and appeared to assure her guide that her shoes wouldn’t stop her.

Typhoons are used to respond to potential threats over U.K. airspace and RAF Coningsby is just one of two Quick Reaction Alert stations in the United Kingdom, meaning the fighter jets vital to national security.

During her stop at the station, the Princess of Wales (who you can also call Commodore Catherine) revealed that Prince Louis wants to become a fighter pilot.

“I’m going to tell them it takes eight years and a lot of hard work,” she added as a caveat, referencing her children, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, whom she shares with Prince William.

Princess Kate’s graceful way off the plane wasn’t the only impressive move she displayed at RAF Coningsby on Thursday, as she also dropped into a squat to chat with young children.

After touring several areas of the air station and meeting personnel, Kate’s last engagement was meeting the families of those based there, where she spontaneously squatted to match the kids’ eye level.

Princess Kate is nicknamed the Children’s Princess for her warm way with kids and often drops down to their level to closely listen.

The Princess of Wales’ latest moves aren’t her only hacks that have recently captured attention. In September, she impressively twisted her hair back into a bun without an elastic when it was her turn to try screen printing at Marina Mill in Cuxton.
