All the affordable new homes at the latest development in New Ferry have been successfully let by Liverpool-based property agency Redwing in less than two weeks.

Sorrel Place is a collection of 20 Rent to Buy homes built in the centre of New Ferry’s regeneration. The rapid uptake in homes reflects the strong demand for affordable and high-quality housing in Wirral.

Delivered in partnership with The Regenda Group and Wirral Council, Sorrel Place plays a significant role in the regeneration of New Ferry, with lettings and property management being managed in house by Redwing.

The development offers 13 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom apartments, available through Rent to Buy – a more affordable way onto the property ladder. Residents pay rent at a 20% reduced rate, helping them save to buy a home in the future. Prices start from £580pcm
(including 20% reduction).
