St Andrew’s Park play area closed amid “ongoing vandalism”

The play area at St Andrew’s Park will be closed over the weekend following a “spate of vandalism”.

The Parish of St Helier confirmed that the area will not reopen until at least Monday.

A spokesperson for the parish said: “Our team is working hard to ensure the park is safe and clean, and we hope to get the park reopened on Monday.”

Express has asked the States of Jersey Police if the alleged vandalism is being investigated.
