A busy street is Glasgow has been partially closed as a building has collapsed.
A car has been crushed under the building as police and fire crews raced to the scene.
The Broomielaw in the city centre is currently closed to all traffic due to the incident.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the area if possible.

A Glasgow City Council Traffic spokesperson said: “The Broomielaw is current closed to all traffic between York Street and Oswald Street due to a fallen building.
“Police are in attendance and road users should avoid the area if possible.”
Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
