Prince William just revealed something rather unexpected about his parenting style with Catherine, Princess of Wales (also known as Kate Middleton).
In case you missed it, William famously appeared on Eugene Levy’s Apple TV+ show, The Reluctant Traveler, and revealed so much about his family of five. (Since his and Kate’s nuptials in 2011, they have welcomed three children named Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Louis, 7.)
In fact, he revealed something shocking for parenting in the digital age: none of his and Kate’s kids have phones.

Despite his eldest being 12, he revealed, “We sit and chat, it’s really important. None of our children have any phones, which we’re very strict about.”

Now, this totally checks out when you remember that earlier this year, insiders told Life and Style Magazine that the kids only get “30 minutes a day” of social media, saying, “Screen time in general is very limited for them. They have their shows they like to watch but they’re encouraged to do other things like playing outside and reading. William and Kate know they can’t protect them forever but they’re very keen to teach them healthy habits and keep them safe for as long as they can.”
