Cube Infrastructure Managers, the Luxembourg-based infrastructure investment firm, has appointed Julie Bonamy Racine as partner, head of France. The group said the move underlined its commitment to France as a priority geography and formed part of its broader succession planning.
Bonamy Racine will be responsible for leading the firm’s French operations and for developing new partnerships in the country.
She joins from Saint-Gobain, the French construction group that reported €46.6bn turnover in 2024. At the company she ran the Canadian business, overseeing $2.3bn revenues, 3,500 employees across 46 sites and nearly $4bn in acquisitions. She also headed the group’s activities in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, and served as vice-president for strategy and member of the executive committee in Paris. Earlier in her career she was an inspectrice des finances in the French administration before moving to the cabinet of the French Minister for the Economy.
Cube IM said her combination of operational and public sector experience would support its investment focus on energy transition, telecoms, transport and environmental infrastructure. In France the firm already controls holdings including CFTR, Metropolis, Sepur, Dispam and Stations-e.
