WIRRAL singer Mike Ryan will be paying tribute to the 30th anniversary of a Radiohead album with his latest gig.
After two sold-out tributes to Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged in New York, singer-songwriter Mike Ryan returns to the Music Room at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall with a brand-new show — this time celebrating Radiohead’s landmark 1995 album The Bends.
Mike Ryan, from Bebington, along with The Street Spirit Band, consisting of Mike Eastaugh on bass, Noah Eastaugh on drums, Moz on keys and backing vocals, and James Ryan on lead guitar, will perform two intimate sets on Friday, November 1, 2025, including a matinee at 3pm and an evening show at 8pm, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the album.
The tribute offers a live performance of the full album, plus select fan favourites from across their catalogue.
Mike, 42, told the Globe: “We couldn’t be more excited to bring this new show to the Liverpool Philharmonic Music Room with Liverpool Acoustic.
“After the success of last year’s Nirvana Unplugged in New York tribute, we wanted to create something bigger, better, more powerful, and even more authentic this time.
2Radiohead’s The Bends is an album that means so much to us all, and we can’t wait to perform it in full along with some other fan favourites.
“It’s going to be such a beautiful night.”
