A beer festival is coming to a famous Liverpool building after a seven-year absence. Liverpool Cricket Club on Aigburth Road in Aigburth is well known for hosting famous events such as Lancashire Cricket Club matches and the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament.

A beer festival also used to take place there and the event will return next month. Organisers have said there will be an “unbeatable line-up of up to 75 cask ales, plus craft beers, lagers, ciders, and perries from some of the best breweries in the UK”.

The Lancaster Brewery and Victorian Brewery will be sponsoring the event. There will also be a bar offering a range of gins, spirits, wines and soft drinks.

Live music will also be played at selected sessions to “keep the atmosphere going”. The event will take place from Thursday, November 13 to Sunday, November 16, with afternoon and evening sessions.

You must be 18 years-old or older to attend. You can find out more here.
