The development has attracted some leading names, such as the Coffee House, and now a new wellness studio offering a superfood menu has opened there.

Bilatiis, located within the new Capital&Centric Farnworth Green neighbourhood, combines fitness, creativity, and nutrition all under one roof.

The studio offers Pilates classes for all levels, both mat and reformer, aimed at improving strength, tone, and posture.

But it’s not just about fitness.

The studio also boasts a superfood bar, serving fresh juices, matcha, and acai bowls loaded with antioxidants.

The menu focuses on nutrient-rich ingredients and aims to offer healthier alternatives to traditional café food.

The outside seating allows guests to enjoy their healthy treats in the lush greenery of the public square.

Residents will also find sunbeds for a dose of vitamin D and a professional content studio available for creators, influencers, and small brands to use for shoots.

John Moffat, joint managing director at Capital&Centric, said: “Bilatiis couldn’t be a better fit.

“Independent, full of energy, and rooted in people – they get what Farnworth Green is about.

“We’re properly buzzing to have them join the community and bring something fresh to the mix.”

Marketing director at Bilatiis, Tehreem Khan, said: “We wanted to create a space that was about more than just fitness, prioritising community, connection, and looking after yourself in every sense.

“Whether you’re coming to train, shoot content or sip a matcha and unwind, Bilatiis is all about good energy and making wellness feel welcoming, not intimidating.

“Farnworth Green has that same vibe, it’s the perfect fit.

“We’re really excited to be open and starting to get to know the community.”

Bilatiis joins a host of independent businesses at Farnworth Green, including a coffee shop and bakery called Cotton, set to open soon, alongside the Coffee House.

Together, they aim to build a sense of community among the residents.

The new additions are part of Capital&Centric’s regeneration of Farnworth town centre, which includes new homes, a green square and spaces for independent businesses.
