He lost the first two rounds, maybe three, but Allen is growing into this.

But he can he survive these constant huge right hands when they get through to the chin.

Clever from Makhmudov. The second that bell goes he comes forward with his huge right hand.

This power is quite something and it has Allen on the defence from the first second.

The Doncaster-born hero has got a good chin but Makhmudov is looking dangerous. The question is can he maintain it?

Allen is trying to use his left hand to land some body shots… but oooh that is a low blow from him and he gets a telling off from the referee.

Makhmudov again, massive punch to the head, one after the other.

But Allen might just have an answer. He fires back with some body shots that do some damage.

Yet Allen is absorbing well and hits back with a decent body shot.

Makhmudov has power but no footwork. But it is a good start from him as expected.
