Glasgow City maintained their spot at the top of the SWPL table with a 2-0 victory over Partick Thistle.
Lisa Forrest bagged her second goal in as many games to give City an early advantage at Petershill Park.
Erin McLauglin almost grabbed a second for the hosts in the opening stages of the second half but was denied by an excellent stop from Thistle goalkeeper Jeni Currie.
It was Sofia Maatta who did get the second for City when she latched onto Emily Whelan’s pass and smashed home from a few yards out.
City were awarded a penalty with a minute left of the 90 but a super stop from Currie denied Nicole Kozlova.
The victory leaves City three points clear of Celtic in second while Partick Thistle are left second bottom, five points above Hamilton Accies.
