“Watson” and his flock of wannabe “doc-tectives” are back at it again.

Starring Morris Chestnut, the CBS Original series follows Dr. John Watson, one of history’s greatest detectives, as he turns his attention from solving crimes to solving medical mysteries in the modern era.

The medical show, with a “strong investigative spine,” returns for a second season on Monday, Oct. 13.

While Watson and his team “may have defeated Moriarty last season, they remain determined in season two in their mission to investigate and treat the world’s most rare diseases for their clinic’s patients,” a description of the show reads.

The description continues: “With his eyes fixed on the future, Watson faces an unexpected twist when Sherlock Holmes, who was presumed dead, resurfaces, forcing him to confront a buried secret from his past – one that lies hidden within his own body.”

“Watson” will air Monday nights this fall on CBS, with episodes available to stream on Paramount+.
